What is the B.E.Authentic Leadership Program?
B.E.Authentic's Leadership Development Program is designed to guide high school and college African American young ladies through their educational journey with a focus on mentorship, college readiness, and leadership development. Our comprehensive program provides the tools, support, and community needed to thrive both academically and personally. Participants will receive personalized academic support, including tutoring college readiness workshops. Additionally, they will be part of a vibrant community of African American women in higher education who will serve as their advocates and mentors, offering guidance and inspiration. Our program also helps freshmen navigate their first year of college by providing support in making friends, managing time, and building effective study habits.
